Welcome to Katstreehouse, a luxurious private villa nestled deep within a quiet forest in rural Tullahoma, TN. Set on 3.25 private acres within a larger 19.59-acre estate, this secluded retreat offers unmatched privacy and a peaceful natural backdrop.

There are no close neighbors, and the villa sits further back along our private drive, surrounded by trees. We live in the first home on the property, while Katstreehouse rests in its own serene clearing.

Pool and home space are available for private rentals. The flat rate is $600 for a 5-hour block for up to 15 people, with a $250 refundable deposit returned within 48 hours. The deposit is held securely on your card through Stripe or whichever payment method works best for you.

Guests have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. All bedrooms and the laundry area are locked. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee, and larger groups can be accommodated under our expanded event option.
